Make sure that you have enough right 0f way for the power co.to run power limes to it. we ran into this problem a while back

Go to the online county GIS tax accessor mapping website. You can get a lot of information there. Like boardering owners, sometimes old plat maps. Ownership history. Sometimes the small rural counties in some states charge money for searches and printouts

There sure is a lot of landlocked land for everybody to be saying that they can't keep you from your land. Why is that? I'm not so sure that is an accurate statement.
