And now we know the rest of the story...
“Killing tomorrow’s trophies today.”
On the distance I like to walk to my stands: “The first 100 yards is also the last 100 yards.”

I know this GW on a personal level and you can’t ask for a better guy... One heck of a father and an even better man of God. He has a job and you can rest assured that he is going to do it. If you are legal, then after a few short minutes of your time you will be on your way... I highly doubt he is going to show up every day unless you give him a reason to

I've talked to autaugagw a few times. Seems like a good guy with a lot on his plate, especially during the season. The reports show he made 122 arrests from Dec 2014 thru May 2017. Several were for hunting over bait. The report at the following link is an incomplete list of arrests by officer, but it shows a lot of them. McHenry's start on page 411: Arrests listed by officer nameFrom what I saw 134 warnings vs 105 citations... seems like he’s pretty understanding when it comes to mistakes

He seemed like a good dude and his daughter is a sweetheart. She was able to kill a buck on that hunt, too.

You guys should be Happy Happy. At least he is doing his job. He is not too burnt out. He is Game enough to get out in the rain and check. And he ASKED if you were hunting over bait. He didn't stomp all over. He didnt check your son also to screw him up. Id Take that Game warden in our area in a new york second. Be grateful a good Game warden is one of the best and Sharpest tools a land manager can have. I wish my county could understand that. Alot of good places are Good because they have a law enforcement presents that is respectful..

Thanks for posting that list Eddie. Now I know for certain our gw isn’t the worst in the state he’s only the second worst according to that list.

The ticket is considered an arrest.
Correct and they just allow you to sign your own bond at the scene. This is why you are taken to jail when you refuse to sign a ticket. Your signature is not an admission, but simply an acknowledgement that you will either take care of it or show up in court on the given date.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
