Haven't bought a fishing license in 32 years and fish both fresh and salt water. Law's be damned is what I say. Have not received the first ticket either.
Consider yourself very lucky a far as the saltwater goes, I've been checked at least once a year for as long as I can remember coming in at Perido Pass.
