I hate it for the family of the deceased. I hope that I never have to go through such an ordeal. That being said...if it was my loved-one I would give law enforcement ample time (ample time being whatever I defined as ample time) to make an arrest/arrests and if they failed to do so then I would be forced to handle the situation myself. I’m sure if law enforcement can’t make headway on the current situation then I wouldn’t fear them ever solving the multiple new cases that resulted from my vigilante actions.
