If they want us to cooperate, why can't they get the dang thing right? In the field before I moved the deer I tried to report it but kept getting a message that deer season information is unavailable at this time. I don't have cell service where I hunt but it is still supposed to record the info. Same message at the processor. Get home and it lets me record the info but won't send it in I just get another message that tells me to try again later. I guess I'll try to call it in but I'll have to find my Conservation ID number I guess. I thought the reason to load it on the app was to prevent these problems.
Whoever is in charge of this program needs to find other employment because it sure doesn't work like advertised.
I had the same problem last weekend. I just saw this on their facebook page on the same issue:
"We’ve had that report and looked into that - it seems that happens when you ALMOST have a signal....so it logs fine if you have no service, but if your phone is trying to connect and almost can...you get that message. You handled it perfectly. Another option would have been to switch your phone to “airplane mode” so it would stop trying to get service and then it would log the info while you were completely without signal.
