I understand your point. If cheating becomes too easy, many folks, even that would otherwise act with integrity, will begin to break the rules. It's just a question of how we get there, in terms of enforcement.
Many folks see the rules and laws of states out west, and it makes them sick to their stomach. Micro-management zones. A different weapon license for every season. Short seasons. There's a happy medium somewhere, but I'd hate to see us get like that.
