so that I can "legally" catch a fish? Do the fish belong to the state? I have my licence, but it seems stupid that I have to pay to fish. Is it just a money grab, and when did it all start? And No, I didn't get a ticket. I just think that it is BS to have to have a licence to fish.
Hurry up and pay them so the state will have enough money to give me my tax return from 2016
