Find a lawyer and let him hunt your lease for free if he will sue them for disturbing your hunting rights.
Sue them for the price of the lease, everyone's license on the lease, food plots, $ for gas to make the drive, etc. Get the lawsuit up to ~$100k, and force them to hire a lawyer to fight it in civil court. Prior to this have him send them certified letters stating that for $50k they can run dogs on your lease. The contract is initiated once one of their dogs are caught on camera or seen on your lease.
You drag them into court for a $$$ civil suit and it will stop.
