The guy that owns the property by my lease has a diesel truck. I hate to hear that thing crank up and him drive the roads that we share!
And log trucks/loggers..... It should be against the Law for them to work during deer season! They are hauling in and out through my lease. If they are gonna be allowed to log during deer Season, they should have to go in before daylight and then haul their wood out at night. There is no way for me to relax and enjoy the Outdoors with all of that stuff going on!!!!

Big difference, and I’m pretty sure you know that and were just trying to make a point. I’ve dog hunted, and am not against it. Mine, is a property rights issue. No one should have their right of use and enjoyment infringed, so that someone with no legal rights in the property is not inconvenienced. The right to exclude is a fundamental property right upon which no neighbor is entitled to infringe.
