After reading the post on the serious forum about shooting Doe on green fields, thought I would update this post. I shot this buck at 4:30 standing on the edge of a greenfield looking at 2 Doe. If the bigger Doe wouldn't have been behind a Pine I would have shot her. I actually pulled out of the scope waiting for her to clear the tree when this guy walked in. Funny thing is, I went to this field to shoot a Doe. He scored 142 1/4 green, weighed 205lbs. This is my biggest buck ever  and from a stinkin' greenfield, who would have thought it???

Congrats. I bet you're glad you didn't squeeze the trigger on the nanny. Any different picture angles? Nice buck, and I know pics can be deceiving but I can't see 142+ in that pic. I haven't handled it or measured it either. Not knocking your deer by any means, just curious.

Best Pic I've got. The other pics were from Iphone at night. Inside spread was 20 3/4. The processor and myself measured it so it will be close to 142 1/4. The taxidermist is measuring it out also, I will post new pics when I get it back and let you know what the dried score is...Thanks

Congrats ,very nice buck and looking at this one pic only, my guess would be 115-120 at the most. Not a knock on this buck but I could post some pic's of several in the 140ish range that look to have way more bone

I just came up with 141. If the spread is over 20", the main beams are probably 24 to 26 inches, , , maybe even more.
