We ran dogs years ago when we had huge tracts of open permit land owned by container corporation and union camp. The land went all the way from letohatchee to fort deposit to Mt willing to Braggs. It had to have been 10's of thousands of acres. We could turn out near ft deposit and the dogs would be at Mt willing in no time.
Killed more and bigger bucks after we started still and stand hunting. It was a lot of fun chasing those dogs but it hard to be selective when a deer is running full speed ahead of a pack of hounds, spent way more time trying to find the dogs than we did hunting
