There ain't no black "painters" in that area of NW Wilcox. Painting is considered labor and is hard, time consuming work. You certainly wont find any of that going on from the locals down there. Cooking meth, growing dope, riding the roads, selling drugs, stealing from working citizens, or sitting on the porch drinking colt 45's is what the locals do down there.
