I aint so sure. I think McElwain would be in it but I think Id like to see freeze. But Saban may get Canada just to show LSU what he can do.

I am probably in the minority but I don't want to see Jim McElwain....while Bama won a couple of national championships during his time in Tuscaloosa it was a run heavy offense that had tremendous defenses to back them up. I think Locksly would offer continuity and keep him from going to FSU. Dan Werner would come back from South Carolina for the OC position. Whomever gets the nod I hope they focus on developing our QBs because the talent is there.

Freezes only problem was he had pitiful run game offense at Ole Miss. Way to one dimensional. Now it's possible it could of been the lack of talent at RB that made him that way. Who knows. I guess in the end saban can overrule and tell him to call run plays if he gets to one dimensional.
It'll be interesting to see which coordinators are definitely in the mix and who is chosen. Any OC out there would love to play with this offensive talent that'll be on the roster.
If freeze is given the opportunity, I think AU fans heads will explode since he's buddies with the booger eater Gus.

Very good chance it is going to be Chip Long, OC at Notre Dame. From B-ham, played at N. Alabama and was at Memphis as coach before Notre Dame. Great recruiter.

Read an article that Chip Long is rumored to have been offered the position. Dan Enos former OC at Arkansas, Jedd Fisch former OC at UCLA are two names also being mentioned along with Locksly. It didn't surprise me when Daboll went back to the NFL and I am certain Saban was probably ahead of this last week.

Lashlee just left UConn to become offensive coordintor at SMU for Sonny Dykes. That happened about 10 or so days ago.
