With the 20 mph wind this aft, do the deer like to get in the bottoms? in open spots? etc?

Just made the trek from Hamilton to Tupelo on I-22 and the roads were wet but clear. Had much rather be hunting today tail end of the rut in Marion county cold front rainy and I am at the office dang.
