a Birmingham lawyer I know sued two poachers in civil court after getting convictions in Criminal Court. He won a $10,000 judgement against both of them.
Go home and tell yer wife you just got hammered to the tune of $10,000 for a hunting violation. LOL
I know a lawyer buddy who hunts who said he would take a case on it if ever offered it.
He tried to get a person to let him sue a guy for damages who was caught and Id'd on camera by tag # doing doughnuts in a green field but the guy wouldnt go thru with it.
