Tua is a great player and without a doubt he had one of the greatest performances that I can recall but I imagine that there was a reason that he wasn't starting. One of the challenges that GA had was facing a qb that they haven't seen, haven't prepared for and did not have film on to spot tendencies and weaknesses. Once Tua plays several games against sec defenses you may feel a little different about him, kinda like auburn and Jeremy Johnson
Yeah there was a reason...bama had crap for qb's in '16 and could win with a defense that scored what, 15 td's? Sure, saban ain't gonna pull a starter that is whatever and 1...until he had to.
