Tua never looked off Ruggs on that pass. Never. Did the same thing Hurts did -- watched his primary the entire time - but just got lucky and got some holding from the OL that wasn't called before making the pass.
Not much different than Hurts, though. Scrambles out of the pocket for a first, hit some short passes, hit his primary in the EZ.
New ballgame, though.
