So if I'm peeing off my back porch and a neighbor walks around and sees me, I "could" be charged with public lewdness even though that person came on my property?

i worked with a guy and his 20 year old son did just that. It was his neighbor that seen him. Said they were talking about he might have to register as a sex offender. Dont know what happened in court but they arrested his son for it.
