I would imagine that the correct charge would be Public Intoxication, which is simply being intoxicated to the point you are a danger to yourself or others. If you have a gun it should be pretty easy to get a conviction on it if you show any signs of intoxication.
What if you are not in public? In the middle of private property isn�t in public.
