I definitely agree that you should film the interaction...........because some of y'all are gonna get a can of pepper spray to the face and I think I speak for the rest of the forum when I say that we'd like to see that video.

I was falsely accused of (knowingly) hunting over bait two turkey seasons ago, and took it to court. I pled not guilty, the GW presented his case (lied about multiple things), I presented my case, and the judge ruled not guilty. It took me about 2 hours total from arriving to the court house to being told I'm good to go. Saved me $500 as well.

Bet one hundred dollars game wardens are not writing tickets for not having a pen. Bet you another hundred they are writing tickets for having deer in possession and not being able to show that you recorded on your harvest record, or hunter did not have a harvest record in possession while actually hunting.

All he just said. All the crap in this thread is over some third person heresay. There was a whole lot of hook sets in this thread. Just for the record I have the app and the electronic license on my phone but I do still carry a pen in my bag.

Redneck with dead deer on hoods rolls up to road block.
Warden: Nice deer, can I see your harvest record?
Redneck: I haven't filled it out yet cause I forgot to take a pen and my flip phone died.
Warden: I'm going to have to write you a citation for failure to complete a harvest record before moving the dead animal.
Redneck to all his friends: I got a ticket for not having a pen...

Most people don’t fight tickets because they are guilty. How do you fight when you are guilty? You've never defended a guilty person? Many times. Almost everyone who admitted guilt PLEAD GUILTY. They didn’t have a trial.

You know those liberals that don't comply with Law Enforcement and then get tazed, beat, or worse. After that the article comes out, one of you post it and most agree the suspect should have complied.
