I have been checked by the game warden several times at the boat ramp before and after fishing. next time should should I tell him to kick rocks Im not fishing or show my licence and allow him to check my cooler ?

What stops the LEOs or GWs from "creating" probable cause? They can make sheeet up just like anyone else. Nothing. But usually LEOs that have those kind of reputations get caught stealing broad heads at Bass Pro Shop.   that asshole lives a few miles up from me funniest thing I've ever seen karma is a b itch lol lost his whole career

There is no such wording printed anywhere. Your harvest record is required to be on your person while hunting deer or turkey, and deer or turkey must be recorded prior to moving. Nothing more, nothing less. No pens, no pencils, no problem.

Every single game warden ‘cept the one in Tuscaloosa has been an honest, no bullschit kind of man. The attempt to write me a ticket for no fishing Liscense on free fishing Saturday put a sour taste in my mouth. Other than that. They’re good guys. For reference, I’ve been checked about 4 times this year.
