This is an interesting topic. You believe that even during the rut that you don�t have bucks come through that you�ve never seen before?


I am with jbc. I cant remember any deer in the past 5 years that we killed that we did not have tons of pics of. Most of the ones killed are killed during the rut and are really close to where they spent the summer. I had a deer I killed last year who was 5 and I had 2 years of pictures of him and to my knowledge he never left about 40 acres. I run 10-12 cams on 1200 acres and get the same deer in the same areas year round.
