I said this same thing when all of this started. The leadership did not do a good job of building their case. I really have no problem with GC but I also don't have an issue with feeding corn and hunting over it. I hunt out of state and deal with both and checking deer hasn't stopped me from killing one and feeding corn is no magic bullet. To me these are both minor issues and the leadership has allowed the focus to be on the minors instead of the majors. Let clear understandable goals and objectives always be the major issues that are being discussed or things will constantly be clouded.

I've seen more conversation on corn and game check than anything else. Most honest people will comply either way in the end, but if you sell your vision properly those same people will not only comply but also become advocates for you. It seems even some of those people are not only not advocating but are also questioning things as well.
I had a wise man a long time ago tell me "never major on the minor". It holds true most of the time.
