FWIW....I made a horrendous typo, given the intent of my post...should have read "aren't"
I was wondering about that. I was thinking, who else does Gomer have dirt on?  yeah....that was a really unfortunate time for my brain to short-circuit.

Considering that JT admitted in that defendant statement that he choked his girlfriend until she couldn't breathe, I think it is the Baldwin County DA we need to be focusing on for not prosecuting this little punk. JT needs to be in prison, not on some pretrial diversion program hunting with a rifle.

Posting for Doekiller  You got most of that right. But what your missing is.... my case has been dismissed already. I completed my pretrial. And I had to write that to be able to get pretrial intervention... why don’t you pull up the rest of the files and see how she got on stand and said I never did that to her. And what about the notarized paper she wrote in MY attorneys office. Or the voice recording in MY attorneys office. Or even how she got on stand in front of everyone and said I didn’t do it. I shoved her to the ground bc she was slapping the hell out of me and throwing stuff all at me. Destroying the house which I payed the bills for. So I called the cops and look who went to jail ... imagaine that. PLEASE. I say PLEASE. LOOK at my mugshot real close... I have a black eye and scratches all over my face and neck. Y’all begged for what happens. And now you know. Worst day of my life. Thanks for bringing up something I’ve worked so hard to move past on. I’m a different person dammit and wish y’all would understand that.

If any of you have ever been in a situation in a quart room and your attorney tells you this is what you have to do to make things work, then you do it. I had to write that to be able to get into the pre-trial program. I did what I had to for 2 years. 50$ a month probation. 40$ drug test randomly. Everything. Y’all want to know so here it is... I’m coming 100% clean. Like I’ve been trying to do... it’s just kinda hard to talk about some things. Especially the WORST day of my life. I mean think about it, i fracked up, I pushed my gf at the time and she still continued to whoop my asss with all types of things. Not here to throw shade but she was the aggressor not me. But I did what I had to do as a
Man and fall on the sword bc they had both of us in handcuffs. I wasn’t gonna let them take her to jail as well.
No matter how much y’all want to try to debunk what I’m saying in this exact post right here I promise you Word for Word this is the truth
