Considering that JT admitted in that defendant statement that he choked his girlfriend until she couldn't breathe, I think it is the Baldwin County DA we need to be focusing on for not prosecuting this little punk. JT needs to be in prison, not on some pretrial diversion program hunting with a rifle.
