Why are you lying about the DV case? It wasn’t dismissed beciase she was lying. It was dismissed because you plead guilty into the pretrial diversion program and after you completed it the DA was going to nol pros the case. You entered that agreement on February 10, 2015. The DA has never filed anything to dismiss the case, so you might want to check with your lawyer on that. The case still shows as pending pretrial diversion in the court system.
Oh, and I have a screen shot of your statement to the court where you admit choking her. It is your hand written statement signed by you. Anyone want to see it?

Ok 5 pages. Help me do a quick recap before the next 5.
JT starts off with his own lftt, then deer pic with blacked out tag, then denies a gun kill with pic of gun, then gets busted for gun hunting on non gun day, using a dog on WMA illegally, outed as possible crossdresser/serial killer, now possible gun possession violation? What have I left out?

Heck yeah we want to see it! doekiller, does this mean he can or can't legally own a firearm? Well, unless the case was dismissed, he is still under indictment for a felony. Therefore, he can’t buy one from an FFL. But it doesn’t make it illegal for him to possess one.
