My question is this.. If you stayed home or did write in, what did you accomplish? Are you happy with Doug Jones? Because that is the end result of your actions.
I'm not being judgmental, ultimately I don't care what you do. However, having Jones in that seat means you won't be getting much of what you say you want as a conservative. You contributed to taking 1/2 of Trumps 1st term agenda and tossing it in the trash. So why did you even bother to vote against Hillary when you contribute to blocking Trump.
Makes absolutely NO sense to me. Forget the personal crap. The bottom line is democrats lock arms against anything Trump wants.
Supreme Court Justice..forget it.
Tax Cuts..forget it.
Border wall..forget it.
This is the reason so many TRUE conservatives got so bent out of shape at so many "conservatives" during the Republican Presidential Primaries. I truly am starting to believe Alabama voters are every bit as ignorant as the rest of the country thinks we are.

All the GOP/conservatives who did a write in are TRAITORS. All the GOP/conservatives who stayed home and didn't vote are also TRAITORS. If you are GOP/conservative and you voted for Jones you are a TRAITOR. About TWO MILLION Alabamians did not vote. TWO fricking Million! And the VAST majority of that two million are white conservative voters. And there was only a 20K vote difference! Nope. The ignorant thing is to think that there is a third possibility. What I hate is that most write in voters agree with republican principals much more than democrat principals but they somehow can't see that by writing in a third party they actually helped to advance the principals they want to stand against. It's like cutting off your nose just to spite your face. There are actually a myriad of candidates and parties to chose from. To limit yourself to only two "because they can win" is the dumbest %^$& I've ever heard. Are there only two trucks to choose from? Are there only two colleges to go to? Are there only two religions to choose from? The answer is no, of course. Why is that? Because believe it or not, there are people in the world that value things that might be different from what you value. Just because there is some overlap in those values, doesn't mean I should pick the one that LEAST represents my interests/beliefs just because they might have the best chance to win. My core principals are: limited gov't, individual liberties, and fiscal conservatism. I challenge you to name me the last Republican or Democrat that followed any of those ideals. Roy Moore is an authoritarian religious zealot. He reflects almost NONE of my personal beliefs and think he's a total clown. Doug Jones and I would agree on VERY little on politics. However, I've met Doug Jones numerous times and know that he isn't a clown like Moore. Again, you want me to vote Republican, they need to stop nominating CLOWNS. There were only two candidates that were going to win this election.If you think anything else you are an idiot. All your other high minded reasoning don't mean squat in this particular election. I have always voted Libertarian and will continue to do so as long as they run candidates. I will not compromise my personal beliefs for a CLOWN like Trump or Moore. I would vote Libertarian again tomorrow knowing that Moore lost by a single vote. All. Day. Long. You compromise voters are the reason we get candidates like Moore and Trump. The lesser-of-two-evils is still evil.
