I always thought the meat off a bobcat looked good; it appeared to be a much whiter meat than a coon. Never had the nerve to try it. get a wok & make chinese food with it, Preach Fried bobcat is some count. I cooked one for a Christmas get together one year and fed it to the extended family, didn't tellem what it was till it was gone. They's all bobcat hunters now. Friend of mine in Texas talked me into trying it for the first time Friend from Wyoming cooked us some coyote once. Honestly it wasn't bad either
