Alabama sunshine any of them. I can't handle much heat anymore. But it also depends what I'm eating. Beef brisket I like good old tobasco.

Sriracha Valentina Tapatio Huy Fong Chili Garlic Tabasco Crystal Not necessarily in that order. I like all of those. Depends on what I'm having them with as to which one I will use. We keep a big ol' bottle of Valentina and Sriracha and use them almost like ketchup. As far as Mexican hot sauce goes though for some reason I like Tapatio better than Valentina. I like Crystal better than Tabasco for Louisiana hot sauce, but still prefer Tabasco in chicken soup. The Huy Fong Chili Garlic is kind of unbelievable, but the Sriracha is easier to use with the squeeze bottle so gets used more. I love it in Pho and on banh mi. At least until my head starts sweating too much.

This stuff right here. It has some kick to it but not so much that you cant taste anything else. If you like Tiger sauce but it's not near hot enough, you'll love this. Hotter than Tobascco but nothing like the pepper extract stuff like .357, Dave's Insanity or Endorphin Rush. Fire Pit Hell Sauce I do have a bottle of Endorphin Rush in the fridge too. That's for adding to other stuff to get some heat.

I don't really have a favorite. When at Fire House Subs I typically like the ones rated 7-8 in the heat category.
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
