I've never put out game cameras, and didn't really want to start, but I've been given a couple as gifts and need to put them into use. The problem I'm running in to is trying to find a way to view the pics. I've got an old laptop that I can lug thru the woods and hook into the camera thru the usb port, but that would be a huge hassle. Or I could pull the card out of the camera, bring it home and view on my desktop. I'd rather find a way to view the pics without pulling the camera or the card.
I've got a digital camera, but its kinda old and won't read the newer style card in the game camera. Is there any sort of adapter that I could use to run from the usb port of the game camera to the usb port of my Droid Incredible? That would sure be the easiest solution if I could find a cable like that. The port on the phone is a different style than the one on the game camera, so I got no idea if such a cable or adapter exists. The card in the game camera is the SD/Mini style; looks like there ought to be some way to view that card on my phone.

Here's what I do. I have extra SD cards and I just switch out a fresh one and bring the other to the house. SD cards are cheap.

I keep a couple of extra SD cards in my backpack, and usually have my laptop in the truck. When I walk past one of my cameras, I'll swap the card and download it to the laptop. I also have a $150 Kodak camera that stays in the truck. If I don't have the laptop, I can still view the pictures with my camera.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

Agree with Furflyin. Quickest and easiest thing to do is get extra cards and just swap them out. You can get in and out quick and do not mess with the area as much as bringing in a laptop and sitting around looking at pictures. You can bring the laptop and look at the pics at your truck. Use Walmart or Ebay for getting the cards because buying them at a hunting store they are 2 or 3 times as much.

I take my digital camera with me and extra SD cards. I review the pics with my digital camera and if there is nothing that intrest me on the card I delete the pics and put the card back in the game cam. If I have pics I want to keep I put my extra SD card in the game cam

If the game camera and the Droid use the same type card SD/Mini you should be able to put the card in the Droid and view the pictures unless the cameras have a particular proprietary file type, I believe cuddebacks have that type file that can only be read by their program. I would have plotwatchers or primos brand plotwatcher type cameras if you did not have to download their "program" to view the "movie" because I don't want to have to take the card 2 hours back home or buy and lug a laptop to the woods to see if that location should be hunted that day. Unuser friendly is never a good strategy.

I've never tried it, but I've heard of guys using one of those "picture frames" that you plug a card into and it continuously plays a slideshow. Seen them at Walmart. Or, you could by one of several card viewers made by trail cam manufacturers. Guy in our club has a CuddeView and he swaps cards on the way to his stand, then looks thru his pics while hunting. Running trail cams is a lot of fun. Enjoy.

Switching the SD card is probaly the easiest, and IMO the best way. That way you can view it back at the camp, truck, stand or where ever, on your camera, if they are compatable. Also, there are "viewers" that you can buy to plug into the camera and view the pictures.

PCP, If I read your post correctly, the problem you have with viewing them on your digital camera is that it uses the regular size SD card and the camera uses the newer Mini style. You can get an adapter real cheap at Walmart that will allow you to plug the new SD card into your camera's full size SD slot. I have one in my desk that I have used before.

THIS. Incredible is a micro SD not a mini so if your cameras are running a mini or standard SD they wont fit.
