Tuscaloosa, The Meat Locker in Fosters is good, but has gotten pricey. Birmingham, The Souths Finest Deer Processing is really good they are in Pelham though. Both are way better than Trails End in my opinion.

Whose good. Been using trails end but quality is dropping I have a deer at Trails End right now. What's been your recent experience with them? I've been satisfied in the past.

I have taken him a couple this year. They have a really strong smell when you cook it and take it out of the pack. I guess I shouldn't have said quality has gone down but I have never had it smell do strong from then before. But at the end of last year and this year it has been noticeable. We used to eat almost exclusively deer but my wife won't even try it it's so strong

Bamarich. I am not in Lamar anymore I hunt on the sipsey on hwy 171. I wish I was closer to Lamar because I loved chops.

Chopping Block or South's finest deer processor. South's finest for specialty items like sausage and snack sticks. Chopping Block for bacon ranch burger!

Wilderness Processing and Taxidermy in Green Pond did two for me last year and I was pleased.
I plan to take one to South's Finest for specialty items this season but for burgers/steaks I was very pleased with Wilderness and will use again.
Ya'll are just overthinking it now

Gamecutters, McCalla. I understand Junior has taken it back over. Always had good meat when he ran it.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
