Why? I have a license, had proof of it on my phone (a picture of it) and it was in my wallet with my ID 50 yards away. Is it a requirement you have your ID and license on your physical person at all times? Asking cause I don't know.
I do know if I had drugs in my truck they would consider those drugs to be in my possesion, so is the valid license sitting in the truck that I'm 50 yards from not in my possesion?
