Usually, there is only so much folks can do. So our club is approximately 1800acres I reckon and we have 14 folks. We've got a couple members with tractors that do all the cutting in and then use an ATV to do all the spreading. It takes 4 people max, to do that work in 1 day. The rest spray shooting houses, clean up around camp, scout, bullschit and check ladder stands. It's really not a big deal at our camp for someone to miss the work day, because you know they will do something that benefits everyone else down the road, ie cook a meal, hang a ladder stand, bring firewood, tell a funny story that you laugh about for weeks...something. Ultimately, having the land to hunt and other folks chipping in to help with the other costs of running the club are the important parts. We have no set rules at our club and everything is based off of just respecting each other and having fun.
