I see a few tough guys on here. Maybe yall should ban together and form your own club that way you could beat each other up when something isn't done right.
It doesn�t have to be confrontational to be effective. �Hey man, we really could have used your help during work days, hate you couldn�t make it. We�ve all got families, but members have to make work days a priority�.
No ass whippings or shouting matches needed.
