I have a rule at our club that if you don't make at least 1 of our 2 work days and then put in an additional 8 hours of work on your own time, that you are not allowed to hunt or you have to pay $200. It is not an option and it is strictly enforced. If you break the rule and decide to hunt anyway, you will be removed from the club immediately and you will not be refunded any of your paid dues.

Have never had to remove anyone but I have collected the fees before. Pretty simple, work or pay or DON'T HUNT.
