Does anyone know who I can get to make a custom jig mold for me?

I have a jig that I really like but I HATE the hook thats in it. I need someone to take this jig with the hook that I need and make a mold so I can pour myself.

If you have a mold already just take it to a machine shop and tell them/show them what you want and they should be able to fix you up. My unlce is a top notch machinist and modified our mold. He actually made all three jigs in the mold the same size where they were all different sizes to begin with. Much faster to pour that way.

If you can't find anyone let me know. where are you located at?

I saw molds at BPS this weekend. Didn't take note until now. Didn't see what they were made of to know if they could be modified.

DoIt Molds (what BPS sells) ae made out of aluminum, an could easily be modified at a machine ship. There are also blank molds for sale online.

I have several of the molds, and they do a great job. I have made hundreds of weights and jigs.

Just find a jig you like and make a mold out of Bondo!

I make a few molds using Plaster of Paris...it works for me..
