Beautiful morning here, in a small stand of oaks with a 6 yr old cutover to me left and stand of pines to my right.

I'm in an old, thick, nasty cutover this morning. Good place to spot a mature buck so I I'm gonna sit as long as I can

I'm on a travel route to some white oaks beside a creek. Nothing much happening other than the ducks leaving out this morning early. Good luck everyone.

Yall crazy goobs are going to find yourselves a nice mature copperhead rattle moccasin. The ground blind is covered up with jumping spiders, and I have seen one squirrel! Starting to regret this!smh

Yall crazy goobs are going to find yourselves a nice mature copperhead rattle moccasin. You gonna have yourself a new avatar. Tick Tock..... I was set up in an acorn flat this morning under some swamp chestnuts with no cell service. Saw nothing but squirrels. I’m set up on another ridge at a couple of white oaks that are dropping heavy. Emmett is covering the middle ridge this afternoon.

Back at the same spot from this morning, freakin warm out here. It’s not the snakes that are bothering me, it’s the dang red wasp.

Snuck back to my little reclaimed greenfield/pond. The dang deer was here when I got here. Running late due to daughters patriotic program.

It came back and saw me in the ladder. This isn’t working out right at all. I’m an idiot for thinking I could get away with the low ladder.

I was so close. I needed to be 5-6 feet higher.
