Im sitting in my truck on Fort Knox waiting on the rain to stop. Probably got an hour before it eases up enough for me to get out there. Hoping they move after this rain ends.

Finally got set up around 10am after the rain had moved out for the most part. Im way up on a real thin ridge thatll funnel em in right on me if they show. Its kind of foggy here, but not too had. 42 and almost no wind. Time to kill!

Literally just had a buck cruise thru. Dang that was fast! Wasnt a shooter. 2 yr old 6 pt.

At 1045 i had a shooter at 22 yards but no shot. He was walking away and I turned him around with a grunt but he wouldnt come in.

Steady rain just started back up. Probably gonna rain for next 3 hours. The Huntbrella is doing its job though. 49 right now. Rain appears to be a 2-3 hour event, so it should end and give roughly 1-1.5 hours for deer to move before dark. Im about to hibernate for an hour or so!
