Dang nice buck!!! I want to kill one with my recurve but I can't hit the side of my house with that thing. Thanks! Practice bud! It's definitely challenging but if you get really in tune with your bow (I know that sounds hippie) you can almost feel yourself willing the arrow to what you're wanting to hit. It's a weird feeling once you get to the point you're actually hitting what you're looking at.

Thanks guys! My wife said "so I guess you can just hang up hunting for a few weeks and help around the house!" She was kidding.

I was satisfied for about a week then I was ready to get back in the stand. Congrats on the kill! Trad bow is something ill prob never do. So you kill was super impressive to me because it's something I'll never do.

I was satisfied for about a week then I was ready to get back in the stand. Congrats on the kill! Trad bow is something ill prob never do. So you kill was super impressive to me because it's something I'll never do. It's a fun way to hunt man. It's challenging and extremely frustrating at times (just like any other weapon) but man it's sweet when you connect. One thing I've learned through my years of hunting is that if I ever lose confidence in my shot I start over thinking everything. You can't do that when you're an instinctive shooter. It has to be a simple concentration on your target, pull, and release. I lost some confidence over the past few years with poorly placed shots and today nature corrected itself.
