I'm just curious what everyone's hunting arras smile weighs, broadhead included? I've always heard that you want to keep it around 400 grains, total weight. I've always been right at 400 with my 29" CE Blue Streak Maxima 350's (8.3 gpi) w/ blazer vanes, 4" bohning wrap, nocturnal, 100 grain broadhead. I switched to a GT Hunter XT 300 (9.3 gpi) this year with the same add on as my previous arrow. I added 29 grains to my arrow weight and I really like the way they shoot, they have really evened out my pin gaps out to 40 yards. What are y'alls current setups & weights?
