Wasn't aware that ALFA Insurance had such an impact on our hunting season. I hate lobbyists...
There is a lot of speculation that ALFA lobbies the state regarding deer seasons and bag limits, but I don't think there is any real proof that they have any effect whatsoever on them.
Even if they did, it's like the poster above said. The law says you CAN take two deer a day...not that you HAVE TO take two deer a day.
