I believe shank's in front of anything pretty much means feet or walking. I may be wrong though. I have heard "shank's ponies" used for feet but never mules.

I own a 2004 Honda Foreman 4x4 ES. I use it to spray and plant plots and transport deer back to camp. Probably only spend 20% of the time joy riding.

I have a 90 something Polaris 500 2-stroke ATV. It smokes profusely and every time I use it I smell like 2-stroke smoke. But it still runs.
Had a 04 Polaris ranger 500 EFI for a while. It ran great until the last year. Started to have bushings go bad, throwing codes, etc...
My wife mentioned that we should get a bigger buggy since our 2 kids ride with us pretty often. 2 weeks later we go and look. She picked out a Mule pro FXT and bought it for me for Fathers day. It is way heavier than the ranger, rides much smoother, super quiet, so far I am very happy.

polaris sportsman 570. I have really enjoyed it. Dad has an 04 ranger that we have run like a scalded dog and its still going

Dad has a 2004 Honda foreman es that he bought new that's been a great atv. I bought a used 2012 Polaris sportsman 500 HO (81 hrs and 312 miles, looks brand new) this spring and I'm really enjoying it

09 Polaris ranger. Happy with it except for some minor issues. Warranty could be longer on electrical and other bs prone to failure early on. Other than that great tool with many uses.
