So a shot identifying the person doing the crime is possible? Instead, its been decided to just fine someone, innocent or guilty, just for the revenue. And that comes across as the American way? I'm not paying one. What they going to do? Now if a cop witnesses it AND the culprit, then unlike the camera, the person can be IDed.
