If the game and fish need more money to operate with they should allow baiting with a $20 or so dollar sticker per site per year with all the money earmarked to the game and fish for raises, additional wardens, etc. It wouldn't be a mandatory fee, you can opt to not use one. That's a legislature decision not DNCR.
