Why in the world would they "give" you land they own if they haven't received a dime for it
the way I see it they need to keep that fight in their family. I paid good money for the land, and they wouldn't be "giving" me anything. maybe the lawyer that messed up will pay them to keep from being sued. my plan was to give him a chance to make it right.
