yes the deed was filed at the courthouse. and I am told by the new lawyer trying to close the sale, that it is still my land because i paid for it. I just cant sell it with an unclear deed.
Your new lawyer is telling you someone can sell land they don't own and the sale is good? If that's the case I know a crack head willing to sell me all of RMS property for $10. Are you sure this guy wasn't an heir meaning he was PART owner?
