The way this is written, the 2 sisters still own the land. The "seller" had no interest to convey. MAYBE....MAYBE depending on lots of things, you could claim adverse possession if you paid taxes, used it as your own, etc. But that's taking from those two women who surely will make it ugly. In my opinion I would be wanting my money back all inclusive. I've had to do that a couple of times but that was before the closing. Did you not read the title search? I always do if for nothing else they have interesting info history on that land.
