Had an 03 Ram with the 5.7. it had 230,000 miles on it when I sold it for a gas saver. Miss that truck. As far as I know ow it's still driving around in MS. 13-14 mpg if you are coasting down hill in neutral or running 90 on the interstate. I would buy another one I get 12 around town and 16 on the interstate with my 2500.no different than any other full size 4x4 I've owned
