Deuteronomy 7:3-4
Refers to Moses marrying a Ethiopian who was truck with leprosy. They were not God-fearing nor honourable. God would not recognize those marriages with His blessing and favor. The state of the person's attitude and heart towards God is of greater concern than the particular nationality that they hailed from.
