Owner is my hook of choice. Specifically targeting 10+ fish in the spring every year, it is all I will use. I use either a 4/0 or 5/0 Owner wide gap bend extra strong in the black chrome finish. I think the 4/0 product # is 5102-141. It is the only hook I have found that will not open up when matched with excessively heavy tackle against excessively heavy/strong fish. I think that both the Gamakahtsu and Trokars may be a little sharper but both will open up on you when you really have to lock down and stop/turn one. Just bought 50 of the 5102-151 5/0's; I especially like to fish 6" Yum Dingers with then, you will not miss many or loose many.
